Zenith Physio Pilates was a business that was looking to develop and focus on a specific market.  However, before being able to effectively move the business in the right direction, the owner, Rebecca Libby, needed to step back from the time-consuming administration, paperwork and day-to-day tasks to focus on developing the business strategy and treating clients.

Together with a new part-time administrator, SME Solutions took over the bookkeeping.

Pricing and Sales Strategy
Together with the owner, the pricing strategy was also optimized to reflect the market value of the treatments.  Within a year, the company had an increase of 27% in Revenue and, before the owner’s drawings, an increase in net profit from 30% to 38%.
